Description
Japanese Cast Iron Tea Pot with Chrysanthemum design around the outside of the pot. On the lid is the centre of the Chrysanthemum flower used for picking the lid up with. Inside of the teapot is enamelled to stop rust. Comes with a stainless steel strainer – you’ll never drink tea leaves again!
This size pot makes enough for two cups – 500ml.
Why cast iron? – because they really do make a great cup of tea. Heat the pot with some boiling water then discard that water before adding the tea leaves and filling with boiling water. The cast iron stays hot during the brewing process culminating in the best cup of tea. Ahh – now that’s just what I needed.
