Description
Nakiri – traditional Japanese black forge finished vegetable knife – Extra Superior Series. High Carbon Cutlery steel, Yasuki Blue 2 steel is sandwiched between mild carbon steels and forged.
The handle is made of Mahogany with a comfortable octagonal shape and the ferrule is made from the horn of the water buffalo.
Please wash the kichen knife with water, and wipe it well with dry towel after using.
After repeating this process, the knife becomes resistant to rust.
